Common questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. No partial refunds — you keep access for the time you've paid for.
What happens if I go over 2,500 emails in a month?
Filtering pauses until your next billing cycle. Your emails still arrive — they just won't be scored until the counter resets. In practice most users use well under their limit.
Can the filter see my emails?
No. Email content is sent transiently to our AI for scoring and immediately discarded. We store only the verdict and a timestamp — never subjects, senders, or content. Verify this in our code →
What if a legitimate email gets caught?
Emails are labelled, not deleted. Anything caught goes into a labelled folder you can check at any time. You can also whitelist specific senders or domains to make sure they always get through.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes to both. Outlook connects immediately. Gmail requires a brief manual activation on our end while we complete Google's verification process — we'll have you set up within 24 hours.
What happens to my team if we cancel?
All member accounts are deleted 7 days after cancellation. We'll email every member when cancellation begins so they have time to prepare.
